   If I could rate a lower star - I would. Whoever picks up prescriptions from the doctors surgery needs to be spoken to as this is a major inconvenience when my prescription is sent miles away from me. I’m 5 weeks post partum with heavy bleeding and I’m asked if I can go and get it? The answer was no. Was told a driver would deliver it. Still no sign. My prescription is for an antibiotic for post partum infection and Ive been sat without it for 2 days as a result of this drivers carelessness. Will be contacting head office if this isn’t resolved today. Houlihan should be automatically getting misplaced scripts sent out by default before trying to get people to come and get them!! Especially when they’ve just had a baby and bleeding heavily.

   would give less stars if I could, calling myself a liar due to them have a reliable driver so why would he lie. driver meant to deliver proscription to door & upon doing so came in contact with my brother who was working in the garden and refused to give him the items due to it not being his name, he then confirmed the correct name and the driver left these on the stump at the end of the garden on the street for my brother to collect & that was it. Called today regarding where my proscription is to be told they have been cancelled due to the driver being bitten ( even tho my brother collected these left at the end of the garden outside ) claimed what I was saying was untrue as they weren’t there to see but could confirm there driver was telling the truth even tho they weren’t there to see. Firstly was hung up on & had to call back. First woman to speak was absolutely vile with no customer service skills at all, shouted and spoke over me anytime I tried to speak. Continued to shout and deny she was and continuing speaking over me when I asked to speak to a manager. Finally spoken to someone claiming to be manager with no interest in helping and again being rude & continuing to tell me a scene that happened didn’t, even though I seen and heard it myself. Now a vulnerable person in titled to medication being delivered is going without. Absolutely appalled with the service, from the pills being left on the street, to the lies and the service received!!!
