   Been using this pharmacy since it opened, never had a problem with the staff or waiting time's as it is always busy you have to remember Pollok is one of the biggest estates in Glasgow with more and more people registering every day, the staff do their best to help you keep up the good work yous do to accommodate the people of Pollok thank you Well pharmacy

   I wish I could give no stars! 22 august 2023 I arrived home after picking up a prescription at your pharmacy & I really don't feel well about my visit. Me & a woman with a child playing something loud on his phone we're the ones left waiting. I was there when she arrived & when a name I thought was mine was called she got up, gave her address & asked if there wasn't supposed to be something else in there. Her & the man behind the counter had a conversation which was drowned out by the loud phone, then her & the child left. I had been waiting for longer than the promised 10minutes so asked the man behind the counter about my prescription & gave my name. He came back after talking to a woman with short brown hair & asked if I had collected anything today. I said no & he asked if it was the ibuprofen gel I was waiting for. I confirmed & after collecting something he came back, confirmed my address & I left. It's a massive breach of GDPR to hand out someone's details to another person, especially since my birthday is on it. I feel extremely stressed still, 8 months later, with no reply. I'm disgusted at the compete lack of care from a place we should all be able to trust. SHAME ON YOU!!    Called last Friday to see if prescription had been processed and told by Lorraine it was. I reexplained I have poor mobility hence me calling ahead ti ensure not a wasted journey. New guy was on again and took delight in telling me how many days....girl with glasses butted in to reinforce how long should wait and felt she was lecturing me and i decided to wait on the advice if 30mins. They carried on to lecture that be 15mins. My tremors flared up due to undue stress and I commented that the whole ordeal could if been managed better. The bike been several times and the boy gets order wrong all the time. Always patient with him so would expect better patience as the public give him

   Staff try their best under difficult circumstances. Place always busy. Also the GP, s receptionist telling patients repeat prescriptions take 2 days to fill but in reality the pharmacy staff need double that time as it can take 2 days for them to recieve prescriptions from the doctors surgeries.
