   My 85 year old mother in law developed a UTI on Easter Sunday and due to her age I was concerned about leaving her until the doctors surgery opened again after the holiday weekend. I went up to our local M&D pharmacy in the Cumbernauld Antonine Centre and was relieved to find out that it was open. Cameron , greeted me and was very helpful and gave me the store number for my mother in law to call and speak to the pharmacist , Ali , who was on duty that day . Ali returned within a few minutes of the phone call with an antibiotic for her . I am extremely impressed with the service I received and the way in which both Cameron and Ali dealt with my situation. My mother in law was so grateful that she was able to start medication quickly rather than wait until the Tuesday when by then things could have certainly worsened for her . Well done Ali and Cameron . You are a credit to the store !

   I actually moved from another chemist to this one as the other one had went downhill. I don't get the negative comments, they have been brilliant to deal with and have been great with anything I have had or any issues. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, I do actually feel sorry for them at times when people, mainly immigrants are wanting to stand on their phones and try and deal with an issue they have. Between that and the language barrier. So I have nothing but good things to say about this chemist. Thanks

   Let my terminally Ill Mother know her prescription is ready. I go to pick it up only to be told to come back in an hour. Come back after said hour to be told they don't have the stock and to come back after 12 tomorrow. How dare you!!!! Will be taking this a LOT further. *update. Prescription Still wasn't ready by 4pm despite there being 8-10 staff behind the counter. An absolute joke.

   By far the best service i have received from any pharmacy my son told me his boss would help me and i was a bit nervous trying a different pharmacy that i didn't know but it was the best decision i had and infection in my arm And laura the pharmacist was more than happy to help with providing me with an antibiotic that no other place or doctor was willing to help I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to all Fab team

   I went to pick prescription (dressing ) took them went back home open the first box it feels like there is some missing open the second one the same thing so i had to count it and I find that there is 10 dressing missing from each box as the box should have 50 but I found only 40 (and this is the second time by the way ) Went back to the pharmacy asking about missing dressing So the lady who working there answered me with full trust you only get 90 I said ok still there is some missing She said no 90 that’s what you got on prescription I said ok still there is 10 missing She said no that’s it Rude staff as well In the end do proper work or let the others do it
