It all depends on when you're there, sometimes you can get in and done in no time, other times youre waiting an hour just to put in your prescription, nevermind getting it once its done. Most of the people are nice, but theres a lady who always has an attitude usually because she's run off her feet. Which is no fault of her own, they need to employ more people, but her attitude is. Its always hit or miss tbh. Although I'm less than inclined to return.

Place is a shambles. Waited in queue for 20+ minutes to be told my prescription wasnβt there (I did try call an hour before hand twice nobody answered the phone) they could see I had a rolling prescription. Pharmacist said no to emergency supply till the prescription came in the next day. 6pm at night no options. Left without my heart medication. Iβve officially changed pharmacy and wonβt be back here. People at the desk are always swamped I feel bad for them but the pharmacist in charge that night was rude and could not have cared less.

Disappointed with this chemist! For past 4 months my husband tried collecting my prescriptions to be given only half of my prescriptions and told nothing else to recieve only for me to go up (on same day) and be given the remaining prescriptions without any issues and when asked why was this not given ro my husband they have no answers!! This is not acceptable plus the pharmacist was very rude to me when I called!!

Always have to wait a lifetime to get served then when you do, you're told your prescription is in but not ready yet so come back in 30 minutes. Return 30 minutes later and wait in another queue for another lifetime to be given either half your prescription or the wrong prescription. Return to the queue and wait another lifetime to tell the server that you don't have all of your prescription to be told either "it only came in today so it's not been done yet. Can you come back in 30 minutes" or "it might have came in today so won't be on the system yet but I don't have time to look through what came in so come back tomorrow". Return the next day and go through it all again. Absolute shambles of a place.

Usually use this pharmacy without any issue but tonight was ridiculous. Massive queue and felt sorry for the women serving. Waited 30 minutes to be seen (not bothered, could see it was busy) only to be served and the women to be extremely rude. She cut me off when trying to explain what I needed (an emergency supply of 2 tablets until the other pharmacy with my daughters prescription had them back in). Was told it would be at pharmacist discretion but they said no as 'I should have some already or ordered sooner'. I told her the pharmacy was out of stock (they were ordered on time). She said I was to call 111. It's 6.30pm at night and instead of giving me 2 tablets (which I wanted to pay for) I've to call 111? I usually get all our prescriptions here but have only just moved doctors and they automatically sent her prescription to their own pharmacy. It felt more like she didn't want to help because I used them even though I clearly have always used Asda. My daughter has serious mental health problems and needs the medication so I'm honestly just annoyed at the lack of decency to prescribe in an emergency situation and also the attitude of the women serving. Shaking your head and cutting people off, telling them they should have ordered sooner etc is pretty disgraceful. All the other staff and pharmacists are lovely - maybe she should retrain by shadowing one of them.

Absolutely Awful experience with one of your staff! There was a middle aged staff member who was treating this young girl that came into the pharmacy for emergency contraceptive, the gentleman proceeded to say - out loud - if you are ordering emergency contraceptive you can just come into the store instead of ordering it online in a snappy tone. The young lady nervously said no Iβd prefer to do it online itβs more discreet. There was another boy member of staff that I assume was getting trained, your middle aged staff member told him to put the shutters up when we were still in the shop, and the trainee questioned it as being a bit wrong as there were customers still in and 15 minutes to go until closing time. yet this gentleman said just put them up. Making everyone in the store feel pretty awkward and worthless. Please, maybe something doesnβt need to happen to this gentleman but I wanted to voice this as I can imagine another young girl coming in and wanting to use contraceptive services being made to have such an awful experience. Please put this gentleman back into customer service training because he clearly doesnβt want to be there, was not friendly, snappy and generally just rude.

The worst pharmacy - they don't open until 11... then close for lunch! Have thankfully been able to change my mother in laws pharmacy to boots now but with the queues and disorganisation they really should just stop accepting prescriptions they cant handle or shut down completely.

This place has become a joke left mw without my medication when questioned about why they aren't open they get cheeky they also say the don't have you on their records considering I have been with them for years. When you question staff they ban you very unprofessional. Which out for the old bag that has long blonde hair she's one of the problems.

Disgraceful service at this store. No one ever knows when it's open and when it's not. People have prescriptions in this chemist, myself included and if they can't fulfil their obligation to the public then they should not be accepting peoples prescriptions.
