   Several times I’ve went to this store to pick up prescriptions, whilst I get that it can be busy, however I often find that there are 5/6 colleagues working behind in pharmacy and not one of them would acknowledge you there waiting, even to say I”ll be with you in a minute. You are just ignored until they feel ready to serve you! Customer service is shocking. Especially an older female with grey hair. Never smiles, you would think it’s an inconvenience for her to work!

   Called to ask if they had an item in stock showing online as in stock at the store but just to double check however the woman on phone didn't seem interested just said no. She must be an expert on all stock at this boots or she doesn't care... I suspect the latter.

   A wee pharmacy in the town which is quiet busy at times. I advise that visit with plenty of time ahead as there are queues where you might have to wait. Shop is quiet small and can lead to queue outside the shop just be mindful of the weather. Staff are friends and helpful

   Used to be great chemist give you a letter with perscription asking not to be rude with staff. Shocking service went in today to ask to speak to pharmacist only 2 ft away could not be bothered to speak to you sent assistant over to contact your own doctor Torn faced staff make you feel so unwelcome get repeat perscriptions wrong all the time never smile never make you feel welcome even if you are ILL QUEUE is u believable. One person servicing 5 behind till !!!!!! Only one girl don’t know her name always says can I help you my lovely. What a beautiful girl. !!!! The rest Phifffffff

   Shocking prescription service...8 out of ten times I have a problem today my online prescriptions were not available till tomorrow. They have a nack of blaming the surgery. When I'm waiting I listen to other customers who have the same type of poor service. My family who live in this area agree on this review.

   Outstanding service. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Granted queuing has to be followed because of the current pandemic advice but that's the case for all pharmacies.
