   Easily the most incompetent pharmacy staff I've ever encountered, beyond useless. Slow, clueless, unhelpful and regularly mess up prescriptions. Avoid at all costs.

   Possibly the worst chemist in the world. Prescriptions are sent to an off site facility and it takes 8 days from ordering from GP. The customer service is non existent and the girl who usually serves me has a terrible attitude and is rude. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I won’t be using this place again.

   This pharmacy went above and beyond today with my prescription the doctor had prescribed antibiotics and they had contraindications with some of my other meds, so they asked my husband to take my dosette box back up to them and they removed tabs that I couldn’t take and resealed the box for us to make things easier. This was after the phoned doctors surgery for me thanks guys.

   I have just left this pharmacy after waiting 45 mins for my script. I received a call from my cancer consultant at the beatson while waiting because I suffer from stage 4 kidney and lung cancer and colitis. Janice the counter hand tried to give me my meds during my call But I was discussing my latest scan results. Janice shared that she has arthritis and seemed THINK BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH .

   Such friendly staff and always willing to do their best... all through the pandemic everyone worked hard and couldn't ask for a better service. Shame how the staff constantly get the blame for scripts not being ready when the gp surgeries are responsible for issuing the prescription. I always find the staff do the best they can by contacting surgeries and supplying emergency prescriptions. I've never had a bad experience in rowlands

   Phoned 15 times today. Still no one can answer the phone. Poor service. Only that 1 day so was a bit harsh been ok since then. When credit is due. So more stars.

   Get my prescriptions here all the time yet every time I have to return for a balance as never have full amount it's a terrible chemist and quite often husband waits for ages as they can't find my prescription because it was put in the wrong place so staff can't find it. I only use this chemist because its the only one in Abronhill.
