   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cumbernauld Village Pharmacy is outstanding. The staff are always polite, respectful, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s such a refreshing contrast compared to many other pharmacies. Every visit feels professional and personal, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. A real asset to the community – highly recommended!

   The team at the Village pharmacy are all very helpful, friendly and extremely professional and are a pleasure to deal with. Greeting you by your first name is another nice touch too. If you have any issues they will make sure it is rectified and sorted out asap. I have used other pharmacies in the past but the Village pharmacy are by far the best in the area

   Waseed and his team are so lovely and I have been with them for a few years now as the service is excellent and the care and attention they have given my mum is impeccable as my Dad passed away last year and anytime my mum calls for anything everyone is so good with her and very caring and Waseed always takes the time to ask how she is which these days is rare. Nothing is ever any bother and can’t recommend them enough.

   What an absolute joke. This place has went down hill since being taken over. Many times my elderly mother 85, has gone to the chemist to put in her prescription and told to come back 2 days later! My mother left the prescription from Monday to Friday and went down to pick it up to be told that their wasn’t a prescription there for my father. ( he is just out of hospital after 4 weeks and has Parkinson’s disease!) the woman behind the counter argued with my mum but the chemist had all the prescriptions on Monday in his hand. Shocking behaviour to an old woman, then she went through the back and by some miracle (or fairy magic) there was the prescription for my dad. Never will we be using this chemist again!!!!!!
