   Extremely unreliable. Handed a prescription in 920 yesterday and was told it would need to be ordered but would be available after 4pm that day. No issue with that but don't stay locally so asked for it to be added to the robot as would be in the area this morning. Received no retrieval code so popped in this morning only to be told it wasn't processed and was handed the prescription back. Really poor service and chemist can't be relied on.

   The staff in here are great! I have done the stop smoking program with them and i had moved from the muirhead one to here as the staff at muirhead were really condescending. The Girls here all go out their way to make things easy and love the 24/7 robot they have! 5 stars !

   Pharmacy is managed poorly. They tell you they gonna place medicine in robot for collection on Friday and then leave you in limbo for the full weekend as you wait for the text message to come but there is no text message. This has happened with me third time. The trainee staff took me details on phone and confirmed me he’s gonna put medication in robot as I waited the whole time and no code came to pick med from Robot. What’s the point of robot? Again I’ll wait for Monday to give them call. The manager at Stepps needs to train staff more as such delay in medication causes inconvenience.

   Staff are so friendly and willing to go above & beyond for you! Witnessed them delivering first aid to an elderly patient who'd fallen, helping patients out with extremely bulky prescriptions to their car! They even have to tolerate abuse from patients thanks to GP misinformation, and just plain old entitlement! Keep up the good work girls, you're incredible.

   if you need to go to a pharmacy, Stepps pharmacy is the only choice in my eyes! Their friendly customer service made me feel at ease instantly before the professional guidance to make sure I got understood what was happening and how to sort it, I have never got back into tip top shape so quickly! Well done Stepps pharmacy, keep up the great work!!!!

   I had a major problem with the pharmacy that I used at boots at fort glasgow. I phoned up stepps and lyndsay sorted all my daughters repeat prescriptions for my daughter who is autistic with learning disabilities right away. She was so nice and helpful. Really nice place all very friendly when I collected the items.

She went the extra mile, to ensure I got what I had asked for & even took a photo on her own phone to ensure . I received it less that 24 hours later. Thank you very much !!!
