    Pharmacy need to learn to not shout highly personal information in public spaces. If someone tells you they are experiencing tinnitus and double ear infections the answer isn’t to shout louder, it’s to move closer. If someone is requesting an emergency prescription held by one of your other pharmacies try not make them feel like a junkie in-front of a queue of people and learn some sensitivity. Not all disabilities are visible.
