   I find it strange that, on reading the reviews left by customers, the review left by an ex Boots manager was acknowledged and most others ignored ! This store really is the worst Boots store, I have had the misfortune to deal with. The attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired and it surprises me that, they manage to stay in business, especially with the pharmaceutical competition in Barrhead. I also find it abhorrent that patient confidentiality is non existent, especially when it comes to submitting or collecting prescriptions. I strongly object at having to divulge my personal details within earshot of all waiting customers, which I hasten to add is so unprofessional and as such, Boots management should take a long hard look at their pharmacy layout and the lack of Px confidentiality, along with installing some customer service training to include basic manners.

   On holiday and my husband was taken into hospital , we had to stay an extra week, and I did not have enough medication. Spoke to Nikki in the Barrhead store to see if they could accept an electronic prescription from my doctors. This unfortunately could not be done as scotland do not accept e prescriptions. So, my doctor posted the prescription, and my medication was there to collect a few days later. So quick and simple. I just wish scotland would change their system to accept e perscriptions.

   Everytime I try and pick up a prescription from this store it takes forever. I can't fathom how it can take the chemist 15 minutes (minimum) to pick up my medicines and give it to me. Furthermore, there should really be a separate line for general sales. You wait hours for the general boots sales that is separate from the prescription line.

   Will never buy another item from this store!!! I visit my mum and occasionally have went in to check out products mostly wrinkle related lol xxx just left today with no purchase as again find them following me round the shop very off putting. Does this happen to everyone or is there a particular type!! Absolutely raging!!! Didn't want to give a star but wouldn't let me post otherwise!!!!

   Absolutely terrific ! Phoned to ask if I could have the flu vaccination and they fitted me in straight away. I met Colin who is a real people person. He explained everything very clearly. I didn't feel anything when getting the vaccination. I am so pleased as you can see .

   Been in Barrhead for a while now but usually get my prescriptions elsewhere but got them delivered here for the first time. Lovely staff helped me out, they were a bit cautious at first due to the postcode on the prescription but extremely helpful. Will use them in future.
