   This pharmacy needs to bring itself into the 21st century, aside from the dreadful smell of mould that’s hits you as soon as you walk in, they don’t take card payments for anything under £10, close entirely between 1-2pm and they can rarely just serve you without an issue. They refused to serve me today because they pharmacist had gone out despite me wanting an over the counter product. Avoid this place and go to a pharmacy that actually takes card payments, doesn’t shut for an hour during the day and actually conducts itself in a professional way.

   Been using Thistle for 10 years and my Mum used it from the 90's. An excellent local pharmacy. Always helpful and friendly staff. Prescriptions collected from GP and delivery possible. It's great when the staff and owner recognise you too!

   Avoid. This pharmacy has a minimum card payment system and won’t let you use your card if you’re spending less than £5. Rude staff too.

   I registered here about a year ago after having a bad experience with another local pharmacy. Thistle have been an amazing help to me while I've struggled with agoraphobia. They are on top of all my prescriptions, collect from my surgery and deliver to me the next day. Susan the pharmacist is very helpful and the girl who delivers my prescriptions is lovely. I won't go anywhere else now.
