   Took my prescription to this pharmacy today. As soon as I walked in the door the young girl with brown hair at the back looked at me, laughed and whispered something to her colleague. She looked like a student but they are the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever come across. Have been going to this chemist for years when it was Lloyds and the staff were always kind, helpful and professional. Took my prescription away and will not be going back. Not a good look for drumoyne pharmacy. Would recommend the new staff who have taken over are trained properly like the Lloyds staff were as this place has gone downhill since it has been bought over.

   I went in with a prescription to be dispensed,,approx 1640 and was told it wouldn't be ready till Saturday . Poor customer service, I needed my medicine , and not even a glanced look to see what was on it. If he had a look at the prescription he would have known these were an important part of my daily routine. All disabilitys are not visible, I went to another chemist about 2 mile away and they managed to give me it. A very poor show.

   Leaving out hour long waits, or an hour or having to back the following day. There is little empathy towards customers. After waiting for my prescription I was told computers were out (it happens) I wasn't happy and got dictated to by shop assistant that she was stressed, in an abusive manner. The customer service is shocking, as far as the pharmacy service is concerned. Staff never look for solutions. They wouldn't even write out a label so I could take my antibiotics home, and asked me what it would be like if they wrote out all the labels they attitudes is self centered with no regard to the customer.

   Entered chemist at 5:20pm with staff member vacuuming front door entrance. (I had been warned beforehand that this place is shocking for waiting times) No-one at counter to collect prescription, when someone decided to serve me I was informed prescription would be available to collect following day, even though shop was empty! I was trying to urgently get my 90 year old mother started on antibiotics she had just been prescribed from doctor for a serious ITU. Left shop and went to Harmony Row pharmacy where the service was first class and received prescription under 10mins. I gave 1 star for service as there was no option for zero star. -

   absolute joke of a pharmacy my daughter was having a asthma attack and it was a emergency and they said one hour wait i said would it be possible to get it quicker she said the pharmacist will be on the phone for another half a hour i left and returned 2 mins later and the pharmacist was off the phone .. ??? why lie this was a emergency i will not go back to this incompetence pharmacy who lack a caring nature to help a 10 year old with a asthma attack

   So sometimes you have to wait,maybe 20 people have been in handed over prescriptions before you. I don't expect them to drop everything to do mine,there must be a time per prescription as its maybe got to be checked before its issued if the items are in stock. Cut retail staff some slack, during the lockdown they where still there,while plenty sat at home.
