   This place is brilliant! My daughter (13yrs old) started personal training sessions at Armour Academy a few weeks ago. We aren't a 'sporty' family, so it was a completely new experience for her and she was quite nervous. The instructors immediately made her feel welcome and within a few minutes she was completely engaged in the training. The encouragement and positivity that my daughter has received since that first session at Armour Academy has made a huge difference. She has gained confidence, walks a little bit taller and seems more at ease with herself. She looks forward to every session and has started training at home. She is also witnessing first-hand what dedication, professionalism and compassion look like. To me, this is what Armour Academy represents - an ethos of giving 100%. This is the driving force which makes Armour Academy such an exceptional enterprise. The results are truly amazing. I cannot recommend highly enough.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son loves coming here for kickboxing! The coach is super friendly and really know how to keep the kids motivated and having fun. He’s gotten so much more confident and active since he started. It’s such a positive environment — everyone’s supportive and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great spot for your kid to be more active and learn kickboxing!

   The boxing class has a great atmosphere—challenging but beginner-friendly. The coach is super supportive and really pays attention to your progress. Everyone's welcoming, no ego, just people trying to improve. It’s a solid mix of fitness, technique, and motivation. Honestly, I look forward to it every week. Highly recommend.

   After suffering an ACL injury on the first month of training at another gym and having to undergo surgery and rehabilitation, I was incredibly hesitant to go back to martial arts, but upon joining Armour Academy, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. As a beginner in both boxing and Muay Thai, I've found the classes to be incredibly welcoming and well-structured. The instructors are really outstanding. They are not only extremely knowledgeable but also have a great of teaching that really caters to all levels. Whether you are a beginner like me or more advanced, I am sure that you will find the guidance and challenges to really help you to develop yourself and reach your goals, whatever they might be.

   5-Star Gym – Highly Recommended! Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, train to compete, or simply get fit, this gym has everything you need. My children train here multiple times a week, and I’ve seen an incredible boost in their confidence and skill. The coach is fantastic with kids—patient, supportive, and truly invested in their growth. I also attend the adult boxing and Muay Thai classes. The coaches are both knowledgeable and motivating, and the classes are welcoming and accessible for all skill levels. It’s a great environment to challenge yourself and improve.

   I could not praise Herb and the team at Armour Training Academy enough. Great coaches, great atmosphere and lots of fun. The coaches are fantastic and each session is a hell of a workout! When I first contacted Herb about starting up with the gym he was fantastic and super helpful. He took into account my personal circumstances and pointed me in the right direction to get started. I have not looked back since I started and the sessions at Armour have quickly become the highlight of my week. Attending these sessions have done wonders for my fitness, confidence and my mental health. I started boxing with Armour Academy having never thrown a punch in my life and seeing the progress I have made is crazy! If you are thinking about joining, do it. You won’t regret it.

   Amazing boxing Gym! I work for a supported living provider based in Harrow and we have frequently attended sessions at the Armour Academy. The owner Herb is very accommodating and the coaches are all very competent and make sessions fun/engaging! Would recommend anyone in the area who is looking to keep fit or learn how to defends themselves to give it a go.

   Our son has been going to Armour Academy for 5 months now. We have watched his confidence grow and his level of fitness has greatly improved. The staff are very professional and ensure discipline is maintained at all times. I have to say we are very impressed with Herb in the way he interacts with the young people and seems genuinely interested in their welfare. That observation definitely ticked all the boxes for us as parents.

   My son attends Armour Academy for both boxing and kick boxing lessons. After having been somewhere else previously, this place really does tick all the boxes. The lessons are very structured and disciplined, the coaches are professional, organised and always happy to speak to you. The environment is very clean, friendly, child and adult friendly of all ages, well organised and well equipped. Communication is amazing from the management, he really goes out of his way to help and make sure you and your child are happy. Highly recommend Armour Academy !

   I have been training in the Academy now for almost 3 months and I had a great experience there. The coaches are happy to help whenever you are stuck or just need something explained again. Their sessions are intense and covers a good warm-up, stretching, techniques and sparring. The manager is very helpful, I had a little problem with something and the manager made it his own responsibility to help me out. He is happy to listen and help to find a solution.
