   Couldn't do enough for me, I phoned to ask if they had a prescription tablet that iny local Boots chemist could not get for me, they told me if I ordered what I needed they would go and pick it up from my doctors surgery. I am thinking of changing to Sinclairs for all my repeat prescription as I am fi ding that Boots seen to have problems getting items of my medication all the time, Sinclairs get 10 out of 10 from me.

   I walked in and asked the older lady if she had any over the counter cough medicine for my 3 years old. the lady at counter yells out loud "WE CANT HELP YOU HERE". I asked her another question and she yells out again "WE CANT HELP YOU HERE" Literally that was all she said and she repeated it 2 times obnoxiously. The customer service was shocking. I get it, it's hard to suggest or explain in a politer way. she didnt offer any advice or suggestions, most pharmacys have proper etiquette. I have never witnessed this type behavior from a pharmacy. I kindly said thank you and walked out. Please if you work in the medical fields one of the requirements is compassion. I hope you understand and change the way you engage with custumers especially in a medical/medicine facility. Date and time, during this unpleasant encounter - 27/02/2023 - between 17:30- 17:45.

   Don't go to this chemist it starts ok then the service goes downhill fast. You go down to get your medicine expecting it to be there but it's not, ok I give them more time . . . A week, go down and they say prescription hasn't arrived. I phone up GP and they say prescription has been collected by pharmacy so GP calls pharmacy and talks to them sternly on the whereabouts of the situation -they NOW magically have my prescription. This happened many more times. There comes a period I don't order any prescription from that pharmacy for 2 months because it's a hassle with them. So I try again same routine later on, asked for prescription and pharmacy supposed to collect it. I go to collect medicine at pharmacy , guess what? Staff say they don't have my prescription. Here we go again, phone up GP and they say prescription has been collected by pharmacy so GP calls them. After enquiring about said prescription GP calls me back tells me, get this .. because I didn't send in any prescriptions to their pharmacy for 2 months they have decided to no longer serve me and are withholding my prescription behind the counter and not giving me meds. Firstly I would like to say for those two months I didn't order any medicine from GP is no business of the pharmacy. The only time they should be doing business is when they collect a prescription and fullfil the meds orders from GP. And secondly I don't appreciate the staff acting like little children and pretending they know nothing of the whereabouts of the prescription constantly when they do have it. If you can pickup up your own prescription so as to not rely on the pharmacies incompetent staff including that guy in the back pretending he has no clue either when he is the senior staff member there that would be beneficial to your own state of mind than relying on them. To the whole staff there i do not appreciate your attitudes and bad service as I constantly had to enquire on my prescription and keeping medicine for customers aside for them to collect is half your job there yet you can't even do this properly for a customer. As a customer you should seek another pharmacy to service you ladies and gents. Terrible Service!!!

   This is one of the best chemist around. From the pharmacist to all the staff. They are all very nice. Go out there way to help you. As previously mentioned I have never been in a chemist that is so quick with your prescriptions. Thank you to all staff.

   Great service. I had trouble sourcing my daughters prescription in other pharmacies, so I called them and they couldn't be more helpful and kept the item aside until I could collect an hour later. No long wait either, would definitely return.
