Not had any problems with the pharmacy, the staff are really well informed and friendly even though they are a busy shop.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Great service, and changing from Lloyds has seen a vast improvement in the fulfilment of prescription items.

Pharmacy service is efficient but recently they never answer their phone. The phone either rings out or is engaged. Lloyds need to hire an appropriate level of staff as not answering the phone to the public isn't an option a private company with NHS contracts should be allowed to do.
Overworked, friendly staff can't do their job well with computer constantly down. Frequent Long queues. Pity the powers that be don't remedy the situation for both staff and customers.
Unfortunately no stars is not an option.
Just love the staff there, amazing service and they bend over backwards to help you as much as they can. Have do deal with them quite often (once a week for past 10 yrs)
