Slow service. Said to take 10-15 mins for prescription. Took 30 minutes and more: expensive items. Do not visit this pharmacy if youβre in a rush.

The staff here are great I have never seen so much resilience as I did today. One random guy started swearing at them (he should definitely be checked out) and they were both patient and professional. Nobody should be treated like what I saw today. These women were great.

Terrible. I arrived 2 mins before closure and they did not make any effort to provide me with the meds I had under prescription. After some innecessary talk, they said, oh now it is βtoo lateβ, βwe are closedβ. This is a pharmacy, should provide customers/patients with the meds instead of wasting their time.

Same medicine was not given, making excuses for that to be given by doctor, which in fact is given by any pharmacy without doctor prescribing, needs to be retrained on what is allowed and what isnβt.

Kept the pharmacy open between 12pm and 2pm but cannot serve customers because on lunch. Just shut the shop and update your opening times on Google. I also explained that Iβd have needed the medication now or I would have not been able to get them until tomorrow, and she didnβt demonstrate to any degree of empathy. Horrible service

After organizing childcare to go for my prescription, they open after 14:00 although it was on google they are open. Went back around 16:00 after organizing child care again, they have a sign that says they donβt take walk in prescriptions! Why is this information not available on their website?? Itβs says I can go for my prescription!

The staff are lovely but unfortunately wait times are no longer 15/20 minutes. You need to wait 2 days for prescription from GP to pharmacy and then wait for a further 2 days to get medication. Lloyds need to sort themselves out as this is becoming a regular occurrence across many of their local pharmacies. An update to my review that this pharmacy closes at lunchtime and shutters are down at 5.30. I've no issue with this if Lloyds would ensure they provide accurate information online regarding hours and lack of services available at this pharmacy e.g. they do not take walk in prescriptions.

I was recently in this shop to purchase some items and yes I did notice the shop was busy and staff run off there feet come on guys give them a break they are only trying to do there best while dealing with cheeky and impatient customers. I also had a family member pick up prescriptions and they where also told 48 hours which was fine even if it wasn't I could take my prescription to another pharmacy as there are many pharmacy's in the area. But staff are just trying to there best for the customer's .

Terrible service. There were at least 4 staff in the back, with 1 dealing with a womanβs prescription and another standing nearby doing something with slips and small baskets. I stood waiting to buy some things for 15 minutes (not exaggerating) being totally ignored. I eventually had to shout thru to them and ask if anyone was serving. The guy who was nearby let out a big sigh as he put his small baskets down and slowly made his way over in a way that resembled a moody teen. He still didnβt acknowledge me, keeping his head down and being silent as he snatched my items and begun ringing them thru. I made a sarcastic comment about being sorry to disturb him and he mumbled an βsβalrightβ. Popped into the Boots pharmacy further down the road later that day and even though they were in the back chatting when I first went in, someone came right out and served me while being nice and chatty. Much better than this place that clearly needs some customer service training done immediately.
