   Absolutely loved being part of LDC, the coaches and the athletes are so supportive and welcoming. Being an adults only team means that everyone is on a similar wavelength, and I have made some great friends through the programme. They cater from beginners all the way up to Worlds athletes. It is only going from strength to strength so cannot recommend joining enough!

   I love this cheer programme, the coaches really want to see you grow as an athlete and therefore give you the opportunities to do so, I can’t believe the improvement I’ve made in just 6 months! Although competition is high, it’s still a super friendly and positive atmosphere at training. Athletes are expected to take all competitive teams seriously and work hard inside and outside training sessions but socials are always encouraged too. Being an adults only programme, LDC has made it easier, for me personally, to fit in and feel a part of a team.

   LDC is such an amazing cheer team! Love the option to either be part of a competition team, or just come to drop-in sessions if you can't commit to weekly practice. The coaches are all super knowledgable and it's such a supportive, friendly place to cheer at! So, so happy I joined after finishing Uni cheer.

   Joining a new sport is always intimidating especially as an adult, but LDC has been an amazing club that has now become my cheer family. The coaches are amazing, positive and love to push you towards your unknown potential. Cheer is sport that combines dance, gymnastics and builds an amazing amount of strength & confidence. Highly recommend for those wanting to try something new!

   Having not done cheer for a number of years, I was nervous to start again. I shouldn’t have worried one bit. LDC has been the most welcoming, friendly and fun cheer team. The coaches are great, making sure all work hard to perform at our best but also supportive and willing to spend the time to help you improve. The rest of the team are so fun and I feel I have made about 27 new great friends from this. I come back from practise each week with a massive smile on my face. Can’t wait to see what this season brings

   One of the best all-star teams in London! The coaches and the athletes are so supportive and really make you feel welcome no matter what your prior experience. If you are looking to push yourself to the next level LDC will help you be the best you can be in a really welcoming environment. The team is very social and is a great way to also make lifelong bonds with fellow cheerleaders. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to be part of something amazing. You really won't regret it!
