    Tried to get emergency prescription of non controlled meds. Told to contact own surgery despite pharmacies being contracted to provide this service. Pretty frustrating.

    I am local and only use this chemist for prescription only for convenience. I am going to change as its worst chemist ever.staff are unfriendly especially the Chemist himself so rude .They never have any of the medication in stock you always have to come back .They should learn to talk with the customers feel like we are annoying them by going in there in first place customer relations go a long way .

    They never stock one of my meds and I always had to wait for it. Once I was going into town after collecting my prescription so at the bus stop I took all the pills out of the bulky boxes and put them in my pocket and threw the packaging into the bin. Next time I went to collect my meds they refused to give them to me saying they saw me throwing my meds into the bin. I don’t use Boots anymore. False allegations hurt people.
