   I will not recommend this place to anyone. The staff have an appalling attitude. They do not seem to care about attending to customers. The manager (a woman) at the counter cannot be ruder. Normal politeness and courtesy that a shop or pharmacy attendant generally offers elsewhere is nowhere to be seen here. I have been there more than once and made to regret. No wonder this place is not as busy as the other private pharmacies in the neighbourhood, even though it is a bigger shop. Boots management needs to address the customer care aspect in this shop. This kind of service (No customer care) will adversely affect the Boots brand in the area.

   The staff in this pharmacy are not only incredible at what they do, but wonderful people as well. They go above and beyond every time!! In particular Lorna and Louise, such beautiful souls. Cannot speak highly enough of them!

   The staff at this boots are warm, friendly and always helpful. I've had good experiences with needing to speak to the pharmacist and I never feel uncomfortable asking for help or clarification. I think it's important to give positive reviews to good pharmacies because so often the only people who go online to review are negative and I want the staff to know they're appreciated!

   If I could give zero or negative stars, then I would. I had a very disappointing experience at the Boots in Partick today. A very unpleasant young pharmacist with dark hair was extremely rude and condescending when I asked a simple question, in a polite way. Her attitude was unprofessional, and her behaviour suggested she had delusions of grandeur, acting as if she were far above her role. It is important for her to be reminded that she is a worker at Boots, a respected retail pharmacy chain, and that providing excellent customer service should be her primary concern. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the store. Very poor service indeed. I hope Boots manage to replace her immediately with someone with basic human decency and respect.

   Place accepts cards and cash too, moreover they accept GPAY too . You get multivitamin tablets and pills for pregnancy for women and men. Even medicines with prescription is also available.
