   Great experience at Lloyds Anniesland today. Really friendly pharmacist helped me, sorted my son's prescription, spotted an error in what had been prescribed and corrected it. He gave me further advice on how to treat my son's condition, as well as painkillers for him. And the antibiotic is, and I quote: "super yummy" and not the vile stuff that makes you gag for an hour after. I can't thank you enough for your help today.

   Disgusting level of customer service given to my partner when she was picking up a prescription. Staff members saw her more as an inconvenience than a customer to be helped and were extremely standoffish with her as soon as she walked in the door. Won't be using this pharmacy again and will ensure that any one needing proper help with something can shop at Boots instead. A disgrace.

   Would leave zero stars if possible. Horrible staff, which you don't want when you're not feeling great. They verge very closely to downright nasty. They don't want to help at all. Had to wait for over 5 mins before someone bothered to come through from back. Iwould have left

   Consistent poor level of service. Regularly closed with the magic " closed due to unforeseen circumstances" notice in the window. When it is open the service is often slow with lengthy wait times to have prescriptions filled. boots next door is a better option!

   Im type1 diabetic so in-store very regularly. Dont always have my medication instock but the ladies who are employed here arent to blame. Always polite friendly and helpful.
