You are told requests made, such as needing a repeat prescription earlier, has been logged. Then your request is ignored and you are told no request was ever made. Once is a mistake. Three weeks in a row is either incompetence or dishonest.

Absolute disgrace took round a prescription I got from hospital dated a week before after sitting waiting for 15 mins was told the prescription was out of date and would have to go back to hospital to get another prescription. Called the hospital doctor was told the pharmacist was talking rubbish by this time they are closed for lunch so I call and explained what doctor had said and she then said it was a mistake to come round in an hour after just leaving absolute run around by obviously a pharmacist that doesn’t have a clue a full afternoon wasted and before she told me it was out of date she told me it was a private prescription and I would have to pay I explained I have been getting this prescription every six months for over 10 years never been asked to pay needless to say the whole experience today was disgraceful obviously the staff are not trained the fact that a pharmacist makes such mistakes is not a good sign I will be emailing boots with my complaint but I doubt with this branch of boots nothing will change just a horrible experience

A one hour wait for a prescription and staff close the shop in afternoons for no other reason than they are busy. God help us if we need an urgent medication. I go to independent chemist round the corner...never a problem No continuity of staff, seems to differ from day to day in boots, utter disgrace to the name.

Covid has become the new ‘don’t blame us’ term for so many companies and organisations. I know Covid is on the rise, I know people get sick and have to stay at home but that’s not a green light for rudeness from staff working in any public-facing role. I know they're short staffed and Paul is no longer with them (which I was reminded of today) but that's not my fault and I was only going by our long standing arrangement. Once again, Boot’s at Norby Road has successfully missed my date for collection of medications and somehow, despite this being a standing arrangement for over 8 plus years, it is my fault, I should be asking for medications to be brought forward earlier….eh, when did it become my fault that the date I normally pick these up was changed without my knowledge? Time for a new pharmacy...for me.

Takes forever to get a prescription done, be prepared to be told to come back in 20 mins. I signed up for their delivery service 4 months ago and never managed to get a delivery. Also don't go up between 1-2 because that's apparently siesta! They also have a never ending backlog (why aren't other stores assisting or sending staff) Changing chemist's as of today as tired of having to deal with clueless staff. Abysmal.
