    The team has changed and the attitude of some of the team is vile! , I have serious health problems stage 4 kidney failure epilepsy high blood pressure ect. I was told I was not getting my meds even though for months on end I have not been given enough of my medicine when I needed them I got screamed at down the phone very unprofessional! And rude! two members of the team were also .verbally abusive.to my mum I have nothing positive to say regarding the manager Arrowa. she was the worst im genuinely disgusted with how I’ve been treated I would advise you to go somewhere else.

    Horrible Chemist. I had a unpleasant experience today 12/03/2023. I had gone in to collect my own and my mums prescription, The staff were extremely unprofessional regarding a missed delivery, apparently the delivery driver had been a few times and the delivery had been missed. Whilst I understand this can be a frustrating experience for the Driver, I am sure everyone must be aware that Delivery individuals are not the most patient people when it comes to someone getting the door and my mum is not particularly quick to get to the buzzer as she is an older lady. Regardless of this it was suggested that the delivery service be cancelled and I was encouraged to collect medication myself. If it was just for myself, I would have no problems doing that but she is not always able to walk to collect her own. I work out of the city quite often and am not always able to get her medication before the branch closes. We had only signed on with this branch because of there proximity to the flat and possibility of her walking to collect the medication. I find it incredibly unprofessional and borderline hostile to be berated for an older person missing the delivery driver, missing a delivery attempt multiple times is not a reason for staff to be rude to me, ( Saying "cannot be bothered to be in for the driver" whilst I can hear them talking and talking about me like I am not there whilst looking for missing medication is incredibly rude, the (responsible chemist) was standing in the back of branch complaining about my mum wasting the drivers time. If nothing else this demonstrates a lack of common courtesy shouting from the back of the store at me.

    This place is a disgrace. The staff is extremely rude and taking their time to assist with you anything. Last week I went to get medication for my dad who has cancer and has been suffering from pain and I was told with such a rude attitude “ come back in half an hour “ we are on lunch . I was trying to explain that he has been in agony for hours and we really need it , and again I was told come back in half an hour . I do get staff has to go for lunch . But all of them ? No empathy at all . Will never go back to this place . Drove 5 minutes away and I found pharmacist who was able to give me medication straight away .

    I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. The last two times I have tried to collect my prescription, having ordered it at least 10 days prior. It hasn’t been available for collection. This pharmacy has went downhill rapidly since Dickson took over. The customer service and incompetence at this pharmacy is shocking!

    Great service, personable staff who actually know their customers. They are raising the bar in community pharmacy. Throughout the pandemic they have been open and willing to help unlike many other "front line" workers with locked doors. They have a customer here for life.
