    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of how the smaller lady with brown hair and green jacket speaks to people. I am ill and shes made me sit in a depression in my room the full day. Her sarky comments need to stop. Im going to report to Nhsgcc i think with a complaint. The way ive seen her speak to people is out of order. She speaks posh to people she does not like and slang to those she does. The community and local businesses all know this woman and unfortunately the general consensus is that everyone tries to avoid her.

    The staff in this pharmacy are amazing. They are friendly and very helpful. If you need to speak to a pharmacist, they are very helpful and gives good advice.

    I've used this chemist for 5 years and the staff that serve are the most ignorant women who shouldn't be working with the public. On numerous occasions they've been rude, rolled their eyes at my clothes and tried to tell me how to manage an illness l've had for 30 years of my life. Their manner towards people they don't know is quite something. I've witnessed them speaking to people's children in a way I would not tolerate. I think these women need to realise their place as they seem to be on a high horse for some reason. The one who answers the phone has an attitude problem and the older one with dark hair seems to think she's royalty and everyone else is muck on her shoe. Local businesses are of the same opinion.

    I lived in provanmill area 57 years. I've used this chemist all my life never in my life would I be disrespectful to any staff was in today the lady in the shop was so rude to me look at your cameras your Face says it all... Well seen Gillian is retired she never disrespected customers

    I’ve used this pharmacy for around 17 years so I’m not a stranger but today I visited to begin a course of medication to help me with an addiction problem I’ve had for 37 years and I was embarrassed when the pharmacist began to lecture me about respect. People sometimes make fun of me because I address people as sir or miss. I am always respectful so I can only deduce that I was told that I would receive the respect I give to the staff here was simply because I was attending to get help for my addiction. If I was there for any other reason there’s no way anyone would have even mentioned respect. By assuming I would be disrespectful just because I have an addiction is in itself extremely insulting and disrespectful. I went in feeling like a normal person who has an addiction and came out feeling like a junkie who people look down on. I see now why people with addiction don’t seek treatment. I waited 37 years and I’m sorry I tried. I won’t be back.

    The staff in the chemist are extremely helpful and friendly Audrey who works there always asks how you are my daughter thinks Audrey amazing as she takes time out her busy working schedule to interact and ask how your doing all the staff that work in this chemist work extremely hard all through the pandemic they have been amazing.
