   This pharmacy is being run very very badly, Do not ask a question you will be barred from this shop as I asked one of the woman at front desk if I could ask a question and she said aye ,so I asked why do all regular customers have to giver our date of births when picking up our script when every other chemist in Glasgow and UK asks for your address to pick your medication up ,but the dark hard looking woman Joan took offense to me asking this so every month after that she would try mess me about when I would go in for my monthly medication as I would give my name and address but this stupid woman would always say her computer playing up and couldn't find me with my address and I would have to give my date of birth all because she thought I didn't like giving my date of birth in chemist but she was so wrong it was to do with why they doing their job so different from all other chemists in Glasgow that's why I asked the question then last month I phoned my doctor for my repeat prescription on Monday 23 August but I didn't go to chemist to collect it untill the Friday 28th August but when I tried to pick up my medication the woman Joan and another young dark haired girl from back shop who barred me said my script hasn't been sent to chemist as they had checked computer so I walked away home again as I do have a lung disease and I'm very breathless so I phoned doctors to see what the mix up was but office staff told me they had already sent my script to chemist on Tuesday and that chemist had already put in for payment of script so I realized these two are messing me about again and deliberately telling me lies absolutely pathetic woman so I got upset with them when I had to go away back to chemist for my medication that's when they barred me but I'm so glad I wouldn't want to even see these pathetic childish womans faces again, I'm glad I've changed my chemist still same owners but funny how the chemist up the road know how to do their job correctly as no date of birth was asked for my medication at all ...

   I had a very long cycle to the pharmacy to try and collect needles for my diabetic mother and I asked the lady with black hair behind the counter similarly 40 years old and asked if I would be able to acquire some. She then proceeded to shout at the top of her lungs that THIS IS NOT THE NEEDLE EXCHANGE as a sort of embarrassment to me, but alas I was the only person in the store she then directed me to the correct store but which I was surprised as the other store told me she could do the exact same exchange as well. Basically discrimination, and didn't want to do her job. Disgusting attitude for my woman who should know better.

   I'm sure some staff training with help this branch immensely, in particular the young guy who doesn't seem to know anything or be able to complete the simplest request. Add to the lost prescriptions and horrific 5 person deep queue, popping into this branch is a voyage into incompetence and futility.

   This pharmacy has went massively downhill recently and its nothing to do with covid or staff shortages. The female staff member with the short hair and glasses is an absolute disgrace. She's so rude and short to everyone, and has been every single time I've been in. She has no patience with elderly customers and is very abrupt with them. Her fellow staff members look embarrassed by her!! Needs taught some manners never mind general customer service! I know alot of people who use adifferent chemist because of her. Disgrace.

   Out of 4 recent attempts, I have managed to receive my prescription once. Either the shop isn't open the hours that are advertised or the prescription hasn't been made within the timeframe stated. In my opinion, the shop appears to be under-staffed. So while staff are friendly and hard-working, it isn't possible for them to provide a consistent service at this time.
