   Booked an online appointment for a diabetes test… when I arrived, with appointment confirmation in hand, was told that they don’t do it. Took the day off work to allow me to attend. Why would the website allow you to book if they don’t do it?? Think they need to update the information website giving out!

   Went to pick up Paracetamol for my kid on day of his vaccination as per doctor suggestion, I got reply saying that it has already been taken. Surprise me who took the medicine in my name???I had receipt from NHS saying to pick up Paracetamol before the Vaccination. Staff (Lisa) simply reply don't know. when I said I need it then she said kid will not have fever, she try to guaranty, which was completely wrong. My kid has very high temperature and kind of allergy whole Night. we rushed to emergency that night at 4 am. Doctor said me why didn't you gave him paracetamol, I explain him about the situation. They got surprise. He told me to go and speak to concern person there in Pharmacy and tell the staff to stop making guess or guaranty in such situation. Specially in Case on Minor. I request the management to look on this matter and also ask staff to treat all customer equally.
