   Rude obnoxious staff who seem to think they can lack any form of customer service skills due to the public's need for there service. No matter how many are waiting always seem to be a massive wait for your prescription. Shop is also very dirty and lacks cleaning not very good or hygienic for a chemist. 3 years later looks like still not been cleaned and staff are same rude obnoxious lacking any form of customer service.

   Agree with the other reviews. Terrible service, always delays on prescriptions, long wait times, forever being told "your prescription will be ready tomorrow" to which it never is. Today I was told I couldn't get a replacement prescription for something I'd lost (I'm suffering temporary blindness and this is what my prescription is meant to help with) and needed to go back to my Doctor - my Doctor informed me they were lying and that the medicine was over the counter and they should have replaced it or at least offered to let me purchase it. Never using this Pharmacist again.

   Worst chemist I've been to, went in on Thursday to pick my grans prescription up (not my chemist of choice) one member of staff that took minium of 15/20 minutes to serve each customer, shop ended up with about 10 people standing about, waiting on prescriptions that they were just in to pick up! They had all put them in days before, expecting them to be ready! No customer service at all, shop looked empty of staff! Bad show!

   Never have prescriptions ready. Phoned about a prescription and was told give us an hour, over an hour later still not ready. Just making up just now. Hopeless and customer service terrible.

   Improve by getting staff who actually know what they are doing! By far the worst pharmacy in West Dunbartonshire! Screw prescriptions up more often than get it right! Glad to be moving to a decent pharmacy soon! This place should be shut down for its incompetence!
