    Absolute waste of time, refused to take my Hermes return as had "too many waiting to be picked up" and "dunno" was the ever so helpful reply when I asked about when would be a good time to call back. Used Nisa, sorted, no problem. Avoid if you want any type of decent customer service or basic help.

    Wasted my time going to drop off a parcel only to find out they were full, my parcel was half the size of a shoe box, but I could use the printer foolishly thinking I could leave it for collection tomorrow, but no I would have to come back again tomorrow. Just went to a different more helpful shop, sorted.
