   A Nicely run boots. I was in the queue and one of the staff noticed that I was waiting and attended to the register very very fast. I was very well impressed. With the level of customer service. We came back later on to get some more products and the queue was slightly longer but still very very good. The place is clean also and had everything I needed

   I had an emergency prescription for a relative and the staff were unbelievably unhelpful and added a lot of unnecessary stress to an already stressful time. I would never go back or recommend Boots.

   Excellent service from the Pharmacy team in the run up to the New Year holidays. We get medication for a family member from another chemist, and due to an oversight it was not collected, meaning they would have no medication over the New Year holiday. Within an hour the Pharmacy team had sorted out an emergency prescription.

   If I could give zero stars I would! Sick to the teeth of this pharmacy. I have a repeat prescription and boots always offer to order them in and send a text when ready to pick up. The service would be ideal if they actually followed through on their promises. Sometimes they’ll honour this promise for a few months in a row and all of a sudden they just stop leading me to run out of important medications- I tell them every-time I pick my script up and they confirm they’ll be sure to do it for the next month and low and behold again this month they’ve not bothered. So I need to go direct to my doctors , doctors sends to chemist which ends up in days of delays with no medication! To make matters worse they hardly ever answer the phone and anytime I politely highlight their error in store they never apologise or take accountability they just reassure it’ll be done next month but it rarely is! DONT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CANT DELIVER ON IT!

   Had an enquiry about my repeat prescription as they hadn't text me for collection Phoned the shop and given various options. Opted for 3 Pharmacy, this rang out for a while then message that no one available to take call. Chose option for General enquiries, again no one available. Tried other options, no one available. Tried again today with same results. Over 15 minutes using their other options. No one available Now I have to make arrangements to go into the shop without knowing if my prescription is there for collection or if its been ordered from my previous collection Not what one would expect from a company like Boots. I'll be looking at an alternative for arranging collecting my prescription from my doctor and collection of my medication Eventually got through next day and told that repeat prescription hadn't been ordered. Told to call back two days later to confirm order was made up and ready for collection Trying repeatedly to get through but no one answering the phone Need to order more medication for my hypertension as this isn't doing my blood pressure any good

   Visited the branch in Clydebank Shopping Centre with a prescription. Queues need to be more defined. Myself and others were waiting almost 10 minutes to be served when some randomer walked up the other side and was seen before everyone else! They also take ages to even acknowledge you're there!
