   Got advice from the pharmacist. The young woman was very patient, understanding and empathetic. She provided answers to all my questions and could not have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy.

   This pharmacy has gone downhill. Used to be amazing but now when you go to collect your prescription it either takes them ages to find it or they say they still need to order it in despite the fact they've had it for days! They should be ordering it in as soon as they receive the prescription not wait until you actually go to collect it! I also question the safety as they play their music loudly whilst handling medicines and can often be heard singing etc. How much are they really concentrating on ensuring they are not making any errors. This used to be such a great local pharmacy but not any more.
