I train taekwondo and kickboxing here under Grandmaster Nardizzi (taekwondo) and Mr Jason Ogden (kickboxing) . GM Nardizzi has been the best instructor i have trained under over the years. With the nature of my job, im often moving around the country and training taekwondo under different instructors. But hands down GM Nardizzi is the best instructor ive trained under. I only started kickboxing at Impact last year under mr ogden. He too is one of the best martial arts instructors ive trained under. He has trained up fighters to become kickboxing national champions. His classes are very welcoming and very vigorous and if youre looking for a good work out and a great teacher his classes are where to go!

Unfortunately I can't rate this place highly... I booked a Myui Thai lesson, travelled there (it's quite far from my house) and when I arrived the guy at the desk told me 'it's cancelled' I got no warning or compensation. I was just told that I could pay for a kickboxing class a week later instead. Soo I had to travel straight back home..what a waste of time and money!!! I was looking forward to going. Shame....
