Won’t give my sister her parcel stating that you “need a barcode”. Been on phone to UPS who said no barcode is needed just the tracking number & ID. Went back to shop, nope still not giving us parcel, been up and down there like a yo-yo and still the fella won’t give us parcel despite UPS saying he should be giving us it! Contacted Pandora, where the package is from, who have also said no barcode needed and he should give us the parcel. He’s now holding the package hostage…
