   ************** DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY ************** My buy to let property had a fire in September 2021 and we contracted Insurepair to fix it. We paid £30000 of our insurance money and realised that we had been conned when all work stopped in December 2021. A legal enquiry revealed that the company went into liquidation but continues to trade under another legal entity with the same logo, staff, office premises and website. We have no recourse to get our money back (the company is dissolved) and our house is destroyed. No bathroom, no roof, no electricity. I would not recommend this company for any job. Do not hand over large sums of money. This is an extremely dishonest and untrustworthy practice......

   I had a great service from Insurepair. The helped me with the leak in my kitchen. They were great from start to finish and even dealt with my insurance claim so I didn't have to do it myself. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommended.

   These guys are amazing!! Can't recommend them highly enough. We had a completely collapsed ceiling from a leaking pipe in the flat above, that had landed on a false wooden ceiling. The false ceiling was removed and at our request not replaced, so that the repaired original ceiling gave new height to the room. Insurepair blended the old with the new seamlessly, removing old wall panels and redoing plasterwork, and the room looks amazing. Workers were polite, pleasant, and really really good at their job, they left no mess at all, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Super job, really impressed.

   Contacted Property Repair to undertake work at my rented property. Due to a leak from the flat above the kitchen ceiling had to be removed and replaced. From the initial meeting all work was carried out in a very professional manner, fee quote was prompt and details sent to my insurer to get the ball rolling quickly as I required a quick turnaround for my tenant. Flat is back in its original condition, no mess left after or during the work which helped my tenant out greatly as she has a young family. Would recommend for insurance work and use again.

   Really Happy with my Drawing Room further to the recent works completed by Property Repair. Our 32m2 Lath & Plaster ceiling collapsed including the majority of our ornamental cornice. Not through water damage but due to its age, almost 200 years old! Anyway, Property Repair were appointed by my wife and I and they commenced a week later. They were extremely polite and professional and protected my house while getting to work replacing the huge cornice and ceiling. Really Likeable and Professional Team from the Office to the Trade Staff. Will Recommend at every opportunity.
