Sofyia and Rasina were really helpful and friendly! They explained to me how the recycling with boots work and still showed me around the store to find what I needed!

Is the worse service ever I had to cooperate with. I lost my money and parcel and nobody solved it even if it wasn't my fault. So better is to buy everything in person than order anything online.

Boots bolton, you have lost a loyal customer of 25 years today. The reason being that you sold an opened tube of sunscreen to me and when I returned it asking for a refund as it was tinted, your staff refused to grant me a refund or exchange it. If you have a problem with opened products, you should not sell them in the first place! Please check your make up and skin care products as they are mostly opened and used. Some of them don't even have lids and they are on the shelves, waiting to be sold. You need to do something about your policies of sales, train your staff to check if the product is intact and untouched. You have lost a customer because of this today! Very disappointed and upset and I will make sure I tell all my family and friends not to shop from Boots anymore!

A very large Boots with everything you could need from cosmetics to medicines etc. It also has a great pharmacy with helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is plenty of free parking just outside so you shouldn't have any issues finding a space.

I was served by Avis, she was absolutely lovely, very friendly. Great service! I’ve had poor experiences at this store, it was nice to be served by such a lovely, welcoming and friendly lady! She is a credit to this store.

Queue at the pharmacy, even the guy at the front wasn't being served, so not sure what staff were doing. When I got to the front I said that I had an 'any pharmacy prescription'. She questioned me about whether my usual pharmacy was closed, whether it wasn't from my usual doctor. It was as if she didn't understand the process. She then said tell me what it's for and I'll see if it's in stock before downloading your prescription. It told her, she hadn't heard of the item, asked if it was a cream, then said they didn't have it in stock. I said other pharmacies download the prescription and if they haven't for the item I can take it elsewhere. She said 'do you want me to do that?' I said that I did. She then looked it up and downloaded it. Seemed as if she just couldn't be bothered. Recently visited Boots Pharmacy at Manchester Fort, they couldn't have been more helpful.

The woman who served me on the late night chemist was really rude. I buzzed the bell and got no answer. Buzzed again thinking nobody had heard. No answer. So I buzzed again, only to be answered by a woman saying "I'm doing a prescription, can you wait." She was very short in her tone and she maybe should have just answered the buzzer on the first go, and not let me keep buzzing? The 2 other people waiting agreed that she was off hand with me. Not a good way to be treated when people are already of ill health and feeling low. I then had to wait about 20 minutes for her which I presume she did on purpose as a way to punish me for ringing the bell. Not what I expect from such a reputable brand like boots.

I always go and look for good and aunthetic products here but this time i went to this store for the first time. I was looking for some products but when i asked an old lady in the staff she just told me that she don't know about the location of the products and she continued walking doing her own work . I was shocked that thr staff always know about the products and if they don't know they atleast asks someone else or asks you to come with them and they try to find it . I asked her okay tell me if this is the only product left or you have more in stock she said if this is the only one then this would be the last one . So started walking and checking other isles because i wanted some different ingredients from the same brand. When i walked furthure i saw a whole full shelf of the same brand which was so shocking to me as she works there but she did not know or helped me out either . So i was very upset the way she dealt with me. But when i went to pay the bill the lady there was co-operative and nice . I returned one of the product and paid for the products i bought . The variety of the products was not full as well . It's not stocked fully , don't know if it's due to covid or what . But alot of things were out of stock in some makeup brands . Overall , experience was just okay . They need to hire friendly , nice , co-operative staff as alot of staff members they are not helping in getting your product . They say ask the other person and when you go to someone else they say you can ask a different person or would say that you can take a look yourself it would be some where on that shelf . ! That's all. !!! Alot of hair colours , makeup stuff was out of stock so had to go back and forth to get one thing here and other thing in another branch. Which i can understand happens sometimes but the stock should be same atleast in their branches ! Utterly disappointing . But if they can hire some friendly staff . It Would be lovely .
