   I went in yesterday morning to pick up a specific perfume. It was a little busy with christmas shoppers but nothing too bad. Queued up to be served and there was only one customer before me. The staff member served the customer in front then completely blanked me. Walked straight to the doors at the back of the store and through them. She definitely saw me and decided to still do that. I wasn't sure if she was coming back so stood there thinking she might have nipped for a drink or had to grab something quickly. There was no sorry I'll be back in a min or I've just got to get something. Plain rude. There was a young girl who was helpful letting me know the item I wanted was online only.

   Opticians was amazing all around. Loved the Assistant who had purchased Adidas Spezial pumps to match her standard issue uniform. It/ they looked excellent, very classy. Should be standard issue for all emloyees. Win win win for boots, Adidas and staff (provided boots invest in the purchase which Adidas could probably do a bulk deal on ;-))

   A good range to buy from, opticians, prescriptions, advice in addition to lots of make up and perfumes. Self checkout area is very small with no space between the tills (but staff were lovely)

   Stood for 15 minutes along with about 6 other customers just waiting for any member of staff to come and serve at the till. My wife had to go and ask for someone to serve. It goes without saying that they are expensive.

   I have just visited the store this afternoon on the Middlebrook. I was looking for some expert advice on cosmetics and eye creams, due to an eye infection. I am always worried about getting the wrong advice, but immediately was seen by a lovely young lady called Charlie, who gave me her expert beauty advice. She was very professional and made feel confident in the products I was about to purchase. Thank you once again and I will not hesitate to buy more beauty products from Charlie. Debbie Towers

   Worst service just now. Went in to grab a lipstick from MAC. Asked a lady for help. She refused and said the MAC lady had gone home. So I asked if she could help sell me one. Whatever’s out is out and I was told to grab it myself. Was it because I am young? Or in a dark coat? Or was she just too lazy! Woman in a dresssuit, too much makeup, over 40 and slightly larger. I have never felt so disrespected wouldn’t shop here. Bought online.

   Picked up my online order and it was 3 large boxes. I could have with a struggle carried them to my car but the most loveliest Boots lady was so helpful and took one of the boxes off me and came to my car. Wish I had got her name as she was so very lovely :-) Oh and the £10 off when you spend £20 on No 7 is mint. I used one voucher (Boots Cheshire Oaks) and paid £14 for £24 worth of make up and got given another voucher. So did the same again and the lovely lady serving me said it is saying you get a free gift, so off she went and I got for free a compact with eye shadows, blusher and a highlighter and a brush applicator. Then got ANOTHER voucher. Yet to use this one yet but I will be doing. Also bought loads of Xmas presents from there but ordered them online and saved an absolute fortune. Yay Boots!

   Who ever decided to close the pharmacy at 5pm weekdays and 2pm at weekends but not update the details online is responsible for this 1 star review, not the staff. The new opening hours are useless and I wasted petrol and time to drive over there when it said open until 7pm online to get there at 2 minutes past 5 and be told I couldn’t collect my much needed prescription. Will definitely be changing my pharmacist now.
