Spent nearly 10 mins at the pharmacy counter just waiting for them to stop chatting . I ended up just leaving . I don’t recommend this specific boots branch to anyone , staff are extremely rude .
Staff very friendly and helpful but there are more staff now than customers. Lacking some items. Bought sandwiches and they are off. This store used to be great to shop in now staff are waiting eagerly for customers to enter the store so they have something to do.
Very well stocked, helpful staff and Yasim at the Pharmacy was superb. I mainly wanted stuff from the pharmacy along with tape interdental brushes.
A great store, has eveything you need from hair dye to a sandwich and staff are always super friendly and happy to help.

Bolton's boots is still the same with no brands as you can find in manchester's arndale center . I hope they try to bring all that here as well. But since today nothing changed even after different suggestions or reviews . Hope they make the city center's one just like manchester's .
