   Please avoid this pharmacy/ store. Time wasters and not helpful staff. I order something via app with store pick up. The order was delivered and I received 4 different emails from evri and superdrug that my order is ready. I opened just one where was my order number to collect in store. Superdrug staff gave me one box and marked my order collected. When I arrived at home I noticed there is item missing. I looked again on my email and I realised evri sent me a picture with 2 boxes for my order. Tried to contact superdrug customer service but they ONLY have email or messenger contact with customer service and they reply maybe after 24 hours if you are lucky. Because there was no response via messenger with customer service, I went in store next day again to ask for the second box. I was told there is no second box and when I showed them the picture sent by courier the lady raised her shoulders. I told her that as per picture the second box was definitely delivered and she said she has no idea because many boxes are duped on their desk…. What?! Is it my problem that they are very unorganised and have poor communication with delivery people? She asked me to contact customer service which guess what?! i can’t because they do not respond to messages. Probably they will replay in 3 days or so. So here I am, without my order. And with my money taken. Not to mention how bored and not interested in my issue was the lady who served me. I’ll never use their services again. Wasted my time to go 2 times in store and many hours trying to contact customer service because they can’t do anything in the store.

   Male member of staff on Perfume counter not serving any customer refused to take my payment for an expensive mascara. Told me twice I had to queue or use self scan. He was quite clearly not doing anything. I left the mascara and won't use them again.

   Really bad service, went to the pharmacy counter at Chester Pharmacy, got ignored for 10mins while the staff member spoke to the delivery man, I have worked in retail for 15 years, so I understand it gets busy and when things are dropped off and you are short staffed, you maybe the only person there to deal with this but some acknowledgement goes a long way, just a nod of the head, or I will be with you in minute, will do, I got nothing,. Another customer turned up with her prescription, after 10.mintuew of me being in plan sight the shop assistant went to serve her first, the customer had to point out that I was first, she then seemed like she couldn't be bothered to find out what I needed, asked me a quick question, then got the product, as I walked off I thought I would check it was what I asked for, I found it was the wrong thing I hadn't even left the store so walked back to the counter within one minute of purchasing the product, I explained it was the incorrect thing, she said she wasn't sure how to do an exchange, ans went over to speak to the Manager who said can't do refunds on things from the pharmacy, urm I literally just bought it like 1 minute ago, and you have given me the incorrect product, I walked up to the Manager myself and asked again, same response again. I was like oh my god, the worse service I have ever received and worked in retail shops for 15 years. I never write reviews but this really was poor

   Terrible lady who works on the pharmacy, blonde hair probably 50s or 60s very rude to a young mother being served infront of me and also with myself. Could not believe her attitude, speaking to people like s****, isn’t the first time Iv noticed her either, if you don’t enjoy your job then change. Appalling won’t be using this store again and will ensure it goes further.

   Rude pretentious staff members . Old over weight one thinks she knows about beauty products when in fact she does not ! Young blonde girl ( who wears her hair up not to be mistaken with the other blonde girl whom is quite nice ) . Bad mannered , stood at checkout chewing gum profusely and Becki g backing red bull . Very unprofessional look . Head office you need to get someone in to train this lot in the art of GOOD customer service .

   Rude staff. My friend and I were looking at a product whilst my other friend was purchasing an item. The young girl on the till was rude and blunt. After my friend paid she came over and was shocked about how rude this girl was. We then got confronted by the ‘manager’ about our conversation we were having which was nothing to do with him. He got very confrontational for absolutely no reason and saying to us that we should tell him our conversation which was private and irrelevant to him. He then said we needed to leave even though we were still looking to purchase more items from the store. All the staff were then laughing and surrounding us and telling us to leave because people were ‘waiting to come in to the store’. There was nobody at all waiting to come in, and there was only us three and two other people on the opposite side of the store. We left with no hassle and the manager watched us walk out and asking for security on his radio. To say that I was disgusted by this hostile behaviour from all of the staff and even the manager was an understatement, I’m absolutely appalled. Should have gone to boots.
