I’ve been taking classes at the studio for about 18 months now and I’m really enjoying it. The instructors are supportive, patient and friendly. When I first joined, my upper body and core strength were basically non-existent so the beginners course was challenging, but also really fun and rewarding. Fast forward to now, and I’m still having a great time. Alex, in particular, is a fantastic instructor. She’s engaging, encouraging and great at getting you to try things outside your comfort zone in a safe, judgment-free environment. I’m pretty uncoordinated, but Alex has never made me feel silly for mixing up my left from my right. I’ve taken a few different classes and the other students have always been friendly and supportive. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into pole!

I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve already been surprised by how much I’ve achieved in just four weeks. If you’re considering starting your pole dancing journey, I highly recommend this course. I’m excited to start the improvers class to see what else is possible!

I took beginners course and then followed up with a month of advanced classes back in the summer. Alex is a great teacher with a sense of humour, very charismatic, fun and clear with her instructions. She does give challenging moves even to the beginners and pushes you to your limits, especially if you go into it not very fit/strong/bendy, which is great if you want to challenge yourself or get into shape. It's a shame I had to stop taking her lessons, I would have carried on if I didn't move to the other side of London.

I started pole dancing straight after the lockdown in August and I've been a regular ever since then! I had never touched a pole before but with Alex's never ending support and teaching I managed to go from beginners all the way to advanced. It's such a fantastic workout, at the end of every session I feel refreshed but also tired. Alex is a fantastic teacher and is brilliant at constantly encouraging and pushing her students. Cannot recommend the classes more, everyone is so welcoming and it's such a supportive environment to be involved in. Cannot recommend Alex's teaching more!

I have done pole for about 7 years and Alex has been teaching me for almost as long. First of all, it is the BEST sport! You get stronger and fitter by doing something incredibly fun and surrounded by an extremely supportive group of people, no matter your age, gender or body shape. Second of all, Alex is an amazing teacher: she makes you feel safe, you will progress very fast and won't believe how quickly you are learning amazing new tricks. Her classes are super fun, it doesn't feel like working out all all, more like an hour of fun every week that I'm always looking forward to! Pole classes at the Ealing Pole Studio are my happy place, try it!
