   What an absolute shameful service. Only went in to buy some deodorant. The old lady with the white hair was incredibly rude, it was obvious we were just an inconvenience. We got someone else to serve us, they too didn't even seem at all bothered, a more suprised look and no apology for any inconvenience. It must be the norm for those types of people. I did approach her rudeness, it followed with defensive unjustifiable probing. This is by far the worst service I've ever had. There has been other very similar complaints it would appear about the same person (so no surprise then really to the other server) all by other customers. This needs addressing, the manager should be sorting this, I suffer terrible anxiety and that's not what anyone should get.

   Very poor customer service, few weeks ago, They don't have time to serve me because they are talking about holidays. When I point out to them that want to be served, they been very rude, And doesn't serve me at all then! Today I came again and asked about emergency prescription, because that my gp said to do this. Unfortunately rude lady She refused do this. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy

   Very poor customer service from the old lady. I came in to buy 8 milk bottle teats. Majority of the boxes were ripped and opened. I didn’t mind buying a ripped box but I needed to check whether the teats were still inside the box as I’m Not paying if the teats have been removed. While I was inspecting opened boxes I was accused of opening these boxes myself by the very rude old lady. I visit the store every two weeks to buy formula, I have spent close to £1000 with that particular boots in total over the years. I will not be spending my Money there again.

   I've been a regular loyal customer of boots marketplace for decades . Having the pharmacy section (dispenses medication) close at 2 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday is totally bewildering to me. Talk about inconvenience doesn't even come close . Yes ,yes I know about the other Boots on the other side of town. Apart from this , the staff are lovely professional & always helpful . 10/10 staff.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Second time iv ordered something expensive to this store, ordered £100+ item to store for it to come up misplaced once again, more like stolen. It was a birthday gift which on the day, turns out customer services told me my order got misplaced after being dispatched, no apology, not even a simple gift card to secure my any future purchases. I asked could I simply pick one up from the store rather then a new one being sent out, for the store to turn around and say they don't work like that! Boots online, boots instore, why should it matter how you get me the item I paid for? Last time I use boots, worth paying more for better service, not dependable

   Poor service today 23-07-19. My daughter went to get her medication and even though the sales assistant saw her standing on the till she ignored my daughter. Later came a young couple and went to another till. The sale assistente left, what she was doing and served them. My daughter then went behind the couple thinking she was standing on the wrong till. But then a lady came to the till where my daughter was standing before. The sale assistant went to service her and again ignored my daughter. Now I would like to hear what her explanation for that it? Very bad experience.
