   Giving one star because I need to give at least one to write the review, I ordered figure skating boots for my daughter’s birthday. At the time the people in the shop were lovely and couldn’t be any nicer. Paid for the boots and were told they can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks later with no communication from the shop, ignored phone calls and emails my dad had to take my daughter into the shop to find out what was happening, we were promised they wld b there the following week and they would be in contact and would even meet us with the boots. Another 3 weeks passed no communication again ignoring emails and phone calls. Someone eventually texts my daughter to tell her the boots are there, during this time it came to light that the boots had arrived earlier and they had been given away to another customer. At the time I was just glad to have the boots and decided that I wouldn’t bother leaving a bad review because it wasn’t worth the hassle. Today the boots have been taking to be sharpened at another place because I will never be using this shop again to be told that the blades that are on the boot aren’t even the blade that should be on the boot and are infact a cheaper blade not to mention that half the screws are missing.

   I used Cold Blooded Sports for the first time yesterday to buy some skates for my son who is beginning ice hockey. I was really impressed with the great advice and expertise, friendliness, and also the flexible opening hours that suited us really well. Will definitely be back.

   First time went to this shop the staff were lovely and helpful but when I visited the second time the lady was rude and more interested in talking to her friend when I was being served the sharpening is amazing but the service on the till could be better

   Had a very confusing experience here. Very helpful service in the shop and bought figure skates for 425 pounds. Delivery didn´t come on time, so we asked for a refund. They spent weeks ignoring my emails, only to email me with a confirmation payment that they had refunded to my bank account. But...there is no sign of the money till this day. Be careful, sounds like one big scam to me. We are pursuing the issue with our credit card company to try to get the money returned.

   Honestly, it is the best place to go for all your skating needs, with plenty of advice for beginners up to pros. The best skate sharpening service in the UK. Usually a bit of a queue no matter when you go, but that is a testament to how good they are, everyone who goes returns

   Couldn’t be happier with the service I received in CBS today. After contacting CBS on their Facebook page, they replied immediately and offered for me to come into the shop. Went in with a wheel issue on my retro Bauer FX3s. Within 10 minutes, Steven had the wheels replaced and I was shown how to fix it if it happened again. Not only that, Pamela made the experience personal as we found out we were both twin parents and chatted for ages. Would definitely recommend CBS to anyone. Cheers guys

   This place is fantastic. Traveled from Dumfries to paisley just to have my skates sharpened as its just that good. Also had my partners feet sized for new skates. Also had my new skates heat moulded. Service is 110% If you understand Scottish banter this shops even better for you!

   Recently burned down due to fire in close so has relocated two doors down. Unfortunately means stock is limited but staff are very helpful and will order in what you're looking for. Hope they get back up and running too! Also the best skate sharpening service for miles around.
