Recently came to get some gold valued (having the same item valued somewhere else) after declining their offer as I'd had much better offer elsewhere they said they could match the price. Make sure you do your research! Customer service was fine, just disappointed about their pricing!
We went ring shopping today. We had already been in a few jewellers in Golden Sq and didn't see anything we liked. Didn't even know Ramsdens existed, came across it by chance waking by. Looked in window, saw 4 rings we liked. Spoke to Sophie inside, she fetched all 4, we tried them on etc and left with our favourite. Outstanding friendly service, highly recommend.
