   This is an amazing store. I saw an impact vest on one of their on line outlets at a great price. The only problem was that I was leaving the country in 3 days and we had just hit the bank holiday weekend so getting over to me in time could have been a problem. I rang the store and told them my situation. They were confident they could get it shipped to me down in Cambridgeshire before I set off so at 11.00am on Friday I placed the order. They were confident next day at 10.00sm it arrived at my house I was totally blown away. Thank you do much your service is second to none great product at a fantastic price and with outstanding customer service.

   I've used Summits Outdoors for years, they have always had the best prices, along with the huge selection of items in shops gives you a chance to see or try on items before buying. Their customer service is second to none, often helping me last minute get orders delivered or making sure it's at the shop for me to collect as well as advising me on specific kit! I wouldn't go anywhere else for camping or outdoor equipment, would highly recommend them!

   Despite living under 40 minutes away, I never knew this store existed until I discovered them through eBay and preferring to visit an actual store I decided to visit them directly. I checked beforehand and the eBay prices were exactly the same as on their website and in-store so this assured me there was no taking advantage at play. When I visited the store the staff knew exactly what I was looking for, had it to hand, were knowledgeable and had no issues with me trying the items. I seldom give top marks for anything as there's always room for improvement but as I can't fault these guys I have to give full marks. If you can visit the store then I would urge you to do so as they explained that they absorb the postage costs without passing this on to online orders, which I find superb in this day in age. Overall, a brilliant independent shop that I will now make as my go-to for my future purchases.
