   We're really enjoying our introductory ballroom dance classes with Mohammed. The classes are a really fun way to spend a Monday evening. Mohammed is a great teacher - he takes you through all the steps slowly and clearly, and builds up the moves until you get confident putting them together dancing around the room! Strongly recommend.

   As a complete beginner, I was skeptical that the beginner dance classes might be too advanced/intimidating. However, Sandra completely exceeded my expectations as one of the warmest and most well-organised teachers I’ve encountered. She is very thoughtful about her weekly choreographies, keeping them beginner-friendly whilst still making sure you’re progressing. She strikes the perfect balance, giving plenty of time to repeat the moves until we’re comfortable while introducing new, challenging moves each week. I’m really glad I joined these classes and definitely plan to stick with them for a while!

   I’ve been attending the beginner street dance classes at Kings Cross, and loving it! Sandra (the instructor) is brilliant! We start with a warm up to a great soundtrack, and then get straight into learning the routine. Some weeks, the routine is easier, some weeks a bit harder, but Sandra is a great teacher, and takes time to ensure everyone knows the steps. The routines are always really fun and we get to practice the moves while dancing a “slow” song, followed by a faster paced one. I find this particularly helpful as I know I am progressing when I finally nail all the steps on the fast paced song. And then, we spend the last 5 minutes of every class repeating the routine a few times, just enjoying ourselves. The atmosphere is laid back, there is no pressure, and everyone is just there to enjoy moving their bodies and learn new dance moves. As I said, I’ve been loving the street dance classes with Sandra and will continue to attend for as long as she’s around. For me, it beats going to the gym, every time!

   I recently started Dance Buzz (street dance for beginners) and I absolutely love it! It has met all of my expectations and more. Our dance teacher, Sandra, is fantastic. Her warm-up and routine music choices are always great, and she explains everything clearly. I’m really enjoying the classes and feel motivated every week.

   Mohammed was an excellent teacher for the Salsa taster! I've been to a few intro salsa sessions over the years and this was by far the best one. The structure of the class was really easy to follow and build on, plus he made the atmosphere super fun and relaxed. Hoping to do the full beginner course in the future.

   Started dancing with Dance Buzz a couple of years ago; attending ballroom/Latin America dance classes, Salsa and swing dance. I thoroughly enjoy them all. All the instructors are fantastic, encouraging and make the lessons so much fun. I would highly recommend any budding dancers to give Dance Buzz a go - don't think you will regret it. Happy dancing!

   I never dance in the clubs or at the weddings etc, so I decided to attended the Club Dancing class. I signed up on the spur of the moment and was a bit nervous before showing up, however, I'm glad I did. The course was very good, the teacher was very patient and made us feel very comfortable. He explained and demonstrated the moves over and over. We started with the most basic moves and grooving and also made a video after each class to look at later at home, I found this really helpful. I'll recommend this class to everyone who is in the similar position like me, it will get you to start dancing.

   After about 10 years not dancing ballet I joined Mary's beginner class. The class was fun, hard work and really got me back in to ballet dancing. The beginners classes are inclusive and well paced - not too hard but not too easy! I now also do the intermediate class which I really enjoy. I'd recommend Mary's classes at Dancebuzz to anyone with an interest in ballet!
