i had a super amazing experience with one of the instructors, but the management / admin at this studio is terrible. they never respond to emails, and their instagram responses are just AI. disappointing bc i love the instructors!

This studio is extremely disappointing as my instructor is amazing but they just want a cash grab and canβt accommodate for all levels. I joined a new class and wasnβt told it was cancelled until I was at the front door. Very disappointed and an abysmal compared to the previous location/management. Avoid at all cost

Iβm really not sure why there is such negative comments here. The studio has moved to new premises and I havenβt had any issues whatsoever, if I contact them via insta they reply really quickly and have been nothing but very helpful actually I would say going above and beyond at times so thank you to whoever is responding to me, I have cancelled classes via the app and have received refunds straight away and if I want to book full studio hire via email the team responding has been quick and very helpful (Shannon). The teachers are great here and the offer they have on is amazing, such a great variety of classes to choose from. I really like to hire the small studio which is great if you want some private time but even pole hire is cheap and you get longer than other places. I really like this place! Rock up wearing what you like and no one bats an eyelid, sling on your best stripper shoes if you feel in the mood and teaching that is explained and taught in a way that you understand. Oh and I will add they have a very good floor which is important for all that sliding and rolling around.

My instructor was great, love her! But like all the other recent reviews here, my experience with the management team has been very poor. They took almost 2 months to reply me after I emailed them asking for a credit refund regarding a class that they cancelled in March. Update: my instructor has left cause they pay like crap I also showed up to a class on a Saturday and there was not instructor available, despite the class being available to book on the app, still waiting to hear back from them. The class booking and cancellation policy are not clearly stated on their website and the Gymcatch app. Even if you cancel a booking well a week in advance, the credits are not automatically added back to your account, and I am still waiting to hear back from them despite sending emails and messaging them.

Horrible management and very unprofessional behaviour. They take ages to reply to emails, and most times they donβt even reply. Donβt issue refunds for classes you buy, you can only re-book. However they cancel classes frequently so thereβs a chance your pass will expire before you can actually book another class. We booked the whole studio upstairs last week through their partner Clear Frame and asked for it to be set up with hoops. When we showed up the studio was locked and we could only get in after messaging the studio on instagram and asking for the code of their key safe lock. When we got to the studio it was not set up at all. There was stuff everywhere and the hops where not up. We messaged the studio and they said someone would come to help us set us up and no one did. So we had to clean the studio and set it up ourselves. I am not sure what the agreement is between Clear Frame and Studio 66, but one thing I am sure of is that we, as paying customers, booked the studios specifying it was for aerial hoop and requesting to have the hoops up. Not only it is unprofessional to treat us this way but it is also unsafe for them to let us use a rather unstable ladder to hang the hoops and set up the studio ourselves, especially considering that we did not sign any waver of responsibility when we booked the studio and sent the payment (which i am pretty sure itβs not legal). On top of that, they wonβt be issuing any refund because βthe studio was accessible and in use for your bookingβ.

I love the beginner pole spinning classes! The instructor (Cat) is so nice and love learning new moves whilst incorporating them into a choreography that I can then practice at home. The instructor gives plenty of 1to1 feedback which is helpful
