Bought a Nintendo Switch from them in "very good" condition. It arrived missing parts and scratched all over. The analogue stick on the right side would not move right and the previous owners accounts, personal information and billing information were all still on the device. If you sold them a Pokémon Let's Go Switch recently, rest assured, I have deleted everything.
