Nice cup of tea however, whilst taking in the surroundings you can clearly see outside tables need cleaning. The most shocking thing was when people left from the outside tables the crockery was left and the seagulls tucked in. I did not witness any outside table being cleaned during my visit. No excuse as it was not a busy period. Can do better!!!!.

We sat and had a cup of tea in this lovely located cafe however very disappointed. The place was filthy, the tables where not wiped after use and tbf it took a while for staff to remove any pots from them. The seagulls did a better job. We sat for at least 40min inside looking out and not one table was wiped down with people getting tissues out to clean them theirselves. The crockery was grubby and had to return my teaspoon and saucer. The floor inside was filthy with food under tables and on the bottom of the inside window ledges which was evident the latter had not been cleaned in days. I had a glass from the water station however they where located in a wooden crate on a filthy tea towel. There must have been 4-5 staff on duty and mid afternoon was reasonable quiet. What has happened to good hygeine standards and good management. As this was not evident and would not return

You need to wait for the tables to be cleared and perhaps itβll be good to bring some wet wipes to wipe down the table. Cornish pasty was ok, coffee was ok. Toilets were in a temporary cabin. First and last visit to this museum.

The service was polite and the coffee reasonable. We only got takeaway coffees, we were considering sitting in but all available tables weren't clean. Pretty decent discount with a reusable cup and free milk alternatives are always a plus. Would go back but probably just to get takeaway coffees and go a walk in the park/on the canal from there.

The Garden Cafe at the Holburne Museum is aceesible to everyone. You don't have to pay to access the Museum to use the cafe. There is a toilet in the basement and there is a lift access to the basement and upper floors. The Museum and Cafe is subject to closure when filming takes place. Cafe is compact with outside seating area.

Great tasting coffee but since change in management and being βShort Staffedβ the counter service is a joke. Sunny Sunday afternoon - Arrive and ask about food, sorry kitchen closes at 3pm- it was 2:59. Ok thatβs fine I can work with cake. Get to till to order cake, the guy at the till says βsorry no cake, only croissants you can see on the counterβ. Fine Iβll have a coffee and croissant. As thatβs arriving at my table the counter team pull out a box of carrot cake and proceed to put it out on the counter!! Honestly, you couldnβt make it up

Lovely to sit outside here for lunch on a sunny day (in October! ) Service was efficient: you order inside, give your table number & food is brought to you. Between us we enjoyed very good homemade soup (sweet potato & red pepper) & a wrap. Usual range of teas & coffees. Cakes looked great but we didn't indulge. Would definitely go again.

Nice stop for a cuppa or a latte when strolling around Bath. Do not miss it. Friendly staff who made a lot effort to find me a table in a rainy afternoon. Enjoy the patio if weather allows it.
