Lovely local small business cafe, friendly staff. Slightly overpriced but worth it cos it has a cosy home feeling. Sandwich, Cappuccino & Hot Chocolate- £15.25

Went with 3 friends for lunch, and as the only person of colour, no menu offered, last to be served (some 5 minutes after other), and with less than have the fillings in my baguette. Saying grace was nice eldery lady who offered her hot chips who didn't want them. But can't review them for their customer base. Rather they refuse to serve, and we could've picked a far better establishment. Needless to say won't be returning.

Absolutely Perfect. Great Service and Great Food. Of all the cafes I'm surrounded by (and there's many) why the hell don't I have a place like THIS!

Staff are very friendly and efficient. Lovely atmosphere. Only complaint would be as a larger person the tables/seating is very close together meaning you do end up brushing against one another

Adapted my meal for me no complaints. They are friendly and serve a wide range of food and drinks. Lovely fresh home made cakes on offer too

Could be the best coffee I've ever had! No hint of bitterness, and very hot (which, sadly, is unusual for many coffee shops). If I lived locally, I think I would be spending quite a bit of time here, as they have free Wi-Fi too!

By chance I happened along this wonderful little coffee shop in Downend near Bristol. Outside it is extremely well presented and only matched by the excellence of the cosy comfortable presentation inside. I've added a picture of the staff who were there on the day who gave me excellent service, They were friendly, helpful and professional creating the impression that nothing would be to much trouble. The menu is creative yet familiar and the service timely, efficient and friendly. I witnessed a coffee cautious customer being guided through the options without even a hint of the condescending tone you might experience elsewhere. Outstanding on all counts, well worth a visit Michael

I hadn't been here since October 2020 (and liked it then but didn't review). It was busy due to the lockdown easing but was still comfortable and warm inside. Helpful but not overbearing staff. The drinks are of average price but of liberal size and very nice. I had a Hazelnut Cappuccino which was delicious, good helping of syrup which is unusual for some cafés where the scrimp a bit. My wife, a stern hot chocolate critic also liked the hot chocolate (perhaps a tad sweet but still). Didn't have cake or food but what I did see other eat was very nice. Will be coming back again Insha'Allah.
