Bought a bike from here for £200 was told just needs a brake doing on it, toke it Halfords to get it checked over and turns out they had sold me a death trap would strongly advise against this place if your looking for a bike (least they sorted a refund out for me tho only good thing I can say bout it)
The staff member on the till was appalling. He didn't speak to me at all, he burped in front of me and breathed it out, I said by to him and he completely ignored me. Disgusting service and I will never go there again! He should be sacked for that sort of mannerism.
Went in to put a psp on a buy back and was told the product was faulty when I know full well it wasn’t, charger was an aftermarket charger but they still refused to take it. I have had no problems with them in the past but today took the biscuit so I will never be returning there again. If you guys are thinking of going there to sell your items be aware of the staff being rude to you.
