   Earlier this year 2025 I went into this place every so often when I was always passing and always had a Terry's hot chocolate orange this was absolutely amazing and delicious sadly they are not doing it at the moment but I'm hoping they will again

   I visit a lot of Costas in the area. This coffee shop is first rate in every way. The manager and her team have just got everything right, they are patient and helpful to customers. The hygiene standard is so high, coffee piping hot every time and food is always very good. Its such a cosy atmosphere to sit and read with a lovely coffee. Thankyou Kingswood costa, cannot recommend you highly enough.

   I have to say, a rather good experience in Costa today. There was a chap called Joey on the till and he was absolutely fabulous, a brilliant example of what customer service should be. He was friendly, helpful, even a little funny. The team behind him were working well getting the drinks and food together and all seemed very amiable. Certainly somewhere that I would be more than happy to come to again. I did have the carrot cake to take away and it was deliciously moist and tasty.

   Coffee good as always. However, today seemed to be mother and screaming baby day! There were 4 pushchairs/prams with at least 2 screaming babies and one very upset toddler. Not what you need when you've stopped for a relaxing coffee. If the shop was bigger it might not be so much of an issue. Not only was the noise intolerable, there wasn't much room to navigate from the counter to a table.

   I went in for a flat white. I asked how the flat white was and the lady at the counter start to act rude against me not giving me any answers like I didn’t existed. I mentioned that I’ve been working in Costa as well and she said to me to go to my store to have a flat white. More than coffee skills they should works on customer skills. The lady has short hair and a tattoo on left arm. Never again in that Costa!

   First visit to Kingswood in a few years with my partner who has never been to Bristol. Lady serving with whispy voice and dark hair (14.02.23) around 1pm extremely rude. Unprofessional and clearly inadequate with social interaction towards customers. No idea who this lady is neither does my partner (hence being from Yorkshire). An absolute Embarrassment to my home suburb. Complaint being made to Costa. Shame on you.
