   I can not thank the staff here enough Curtis, libby and Ben go out there way for my daughter mollie every single day. She pops in after school just to say hello and she absolutely loves all of them. They even helped her write out a card for me. Honestly these people have such big hearts and so glad I moved here and every day they have made my daughter smile.

   Today I’m taking the time out to post this review because I really think staff deserve the recognition. I was helped and greeted by a lovely Barista who was friendly and super efficient. Her lovely disposition made me decide to stay in and enjoy some cake too. The place was clean and a good atmosphere. Costa hold onto your barista Kate, as she’s got great customer service and efficiency down to a T.

   Still the best place for a coffee in Bradley Stoke. Starbucks opened last year but Costa is still busy and rightly so. Steph and the team are super friendly and work incredibly hard. Food isn't exactly cheap, but compared to other coffee shops in the area, it's great.

   The opening times all over the place, sign on the door says they closing at 4 due to staff and technical issue, but most of the times they even close before 2pm. I don’t know what the issue is but they really need to sort this out, this been going on for weeks. They would also need to let ubereats that they are closed, the amount of times I’ve ordered coffee and the delivery man turns up saying that they are closed is just unacceptable waste of everyone’s time.

   Atmosphere was quiet, staff friendly but only gave me a slither of whipped cream on my hot chocolate which I expected more that for the price I payed just for the cream. Passionfruit tart was full flavour it even made me go back for a second one. Would defiantly be back despite the slither of whipped cream.

   Consistently poor for anyone needing Gluten Free. They have over 30 different sandwiches or rolls yet NOTHING gluten free. Very disappointing. Update April 2022: the gluten free selection has been sorted. Costa have paired with M&S and now have a good selection so well done. Unfortunately on my visit today the condition of the cafe and in particular the outside areas was disgusting. Literally vomit on the floor which I reported to the staff and they did nothing about. This was immediately outside the window of the cost of property.

   One of the worse costa I have been to, bacon bap burned and bacon dry, cappuccino scorching hot and therefore nearly no froth, asked for no ice in my water bug has been put anyway, 5 members of staff chatting at the coffee machine and no one clearing tables or filling the empty toilet paper in the bathroom....astonished.
