   Pathetic for parking, been using costa coffe in our area since it opened, as i am disabled it is better if i can use the disabled bay, over the past two weeks one employee think it is ok for him to park his moped in the disabled parking bay and chain it up, the reg is LN17 YMR i would of used costa coffee app or net complaints but they do not work

   Sausage breakfast roll... seriously needs upgrading (take a look at startbcks... YUMMY) Really horrible and totally inedible. Stone cold too which really didnt help the disgusting sausages. Coffee lovely as always.

   I’m a regular customer, often stopping by two or three times a day. The new décor has made such a difference: bright, cozy, and inviting. The staff are always wonderful, and since I see them so often, they feel almost like family. The new manager is also doing an excellent job, working hard to keep everything running smoothly. My dogs love coming along too, they’re always treated to a little cup of cream and plenty of affection from both the staff and customers. It’s also a fantastic spot for business purposes. The atmosphere is calm, with polite customers and no blaring music, making it ideal for meetings and conversations.

   You'd probably have to wait around more than 10 mins even if you're putting an order from the front. Had to shout "hello" about 4-5 times before someone came asking "what is the problem" - problem? Clearly, ordering coffee isn't a problem. Staff could use training on how not to be arrogant when working as a barista. Oh and yeah. While I was waiting for 7 minutes the tap was on.

   Let me begin by saying I still feel sick from the experience I had at this Costa! I was served by an individual with THE DIRTIEST FINGER NAILS I have ever seen. She chose to touch the top of the straw, right where I would naturally put my mouth. Have they heard of gloves? Or maybe even cleaning their finger nails?? I was forced to request another straw. Luckily, the second time, she avoided touching the straw's tip. Oh, and I should mention that this person was also wearing a bandage on her hand, which was clearly old because it had been discoloured. If this were for medical reasons, I would totally understand but if you’re in contact with food, drink etc YOU SHOULD BE WEARING GLOVES. On a handful of occasions when I have visited the branch, the drive through was closed as well as the store (the store was technically still open, according to Google). I’ve even seen staff members standing around in the kitchen, once again whilst the store was technically still open (according to Google). They had obviously just locked the door and decided to stop serving, for what reason? I have no idea.

   Not open for dine in very often due to low staff levels. New staff being trained forget orders mulitple visits. Had a cup of tea once and the milk was forgotten, the cup was forgotten and also the spoon... tidy and clean but staff also seem rushed off their feet or focused on something else

   Popped in for a coffee and wasn't disappointed. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. It was clean, tidy and there were plenty of seats. The decor was nice. There was a lot of choice of snacks, lunch items and cakes. Deliciously made coffee. Has a drive through, toilets on site, hand sanitizer on entry. Plenty of seating. Clean. Tidy. Well laid out.

   I work nearby so I use the Drive-thru of this Costa quite often. Their staff are kind and try their best to get your order ready as fast as possible. Many cold/hot drinks to choose from, in addition to snacks.

   The worst Costa I’ve been to. It is dirty and the staff are really abrupt. I visited this morning and, for the second time in a row, the tables were filthy and the (possibly overworked) staff made me feel like an inconvenience. I received my order in a takeaway cup, despite drinking in the cafe, because the girl at the counter just assumed. It seems that the priority goes to the Drive Thru customers whilst the rest are ignored. The company needs to get its act together and hire more staff to adequately staff this store. In the meantime, I shall not be returning.
